The 1,280 square-foot three-bedroom, built in 2016, has an open floor plan and a long, narrow kitchen. Eco-friendly features include spray-foam insulation, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and tankless water heaters. Outside, there’s a small deck and backyard.
This shipping container home and land told at 3240 sq. ft. was sold for $255,000. On Realtor.com it says it was listed in September 2016 and then sold in February 2017.
